Homecoming VR
Homecoming VR is a real-time walkthrough experience created for a real estate agency to showcase future apartments still under development. Built with Unreal Engine, the app allows potential buyers to explore fully furnished 3D interiors of three apartment types—2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and penthouse—years before construction is complete. Players can move between rooms using a VR laser pointer, interact with doors, and take in scenic 360° skybox views of Tallinn City, all accompanied by ambient background music.

Maakri Apartment I
Step inside a luxury high-rise apartment in the heart of Tallinn with this immersive VR walkthrough experience. Designed as a sales and marketing tool for real estate, the application showcases a fully furnished living space featuring an open kitchen-living room, a reading nook, home office, bedroom with a private bath, and a walk-in wardrobe with an adjacent shower. Players can explore the apartment freely using intuitive teleportation mechanics, open doors to navigate between rooms, and enjoy ambient music as they move through the environment. A photorealistic 360° skyline of Tallinn surrounds the space, completing the immersive atmosphere.

A gentle blend of VR, virtual tours, and healthcare—designed to support well-being through connection and immersive travel. Since the project is no longer available, the images seen are AI generated.
